Your Skin Discovery Journey

Visit One: Skin Consultation + Customised Facial

Your journey begins with a comprehensive skin consultation and advanced OBSERV skin analysis, allowing us to look beyond what we can see with the naked eye and better understand what is happening beneath the surface.

We’ll discuss your skin concerns, current routine, lifestyle and goals before creating your personalised skin plan.

You’ll then enjoy a customised facial, selected by your skin therapist based on exactly what your skin needs on the day.

You’ll also take home a Synergie Skin MicroPolish to introduce you to professional skincare and support your results at home.

Visit Two: LED Facial

Approximately two weeks later

Return to the clinic for a dedicated LED facial designed to support skin health, recovery and your overall treatment journey.

This gives us another opportunity to see how your skin is responding and continue building consistency before progressing to your first recommended treatment.

Visit Three: Skin Review + Your First Treatment

Approximately two weeks later

At your four-week review, we’ll reassess your skin, discuss your progress and make any adjustments needed to your personalised plan.

You’ll then commence your first recommended skin treatment based on your consultation, skin goals and progress.

As part of your Skin Discovery Package, we'll also upgrade your first treatment to include your neck and décolletage at no additional cost, valued at up to $150.
